In order to confirm your status as an active volunteer you must:
1) View the
Volunteer Responsibilities Webpage

2) Either fill out the
Volunteer Information Form on the Internet
OR manually
through a card handed out by one of the house coordinators.
3) Print out, Sign the
Authorization for Minor Child Participation
and/or the
Consent for Medical Care
on the Internet
and return to one of the house
coordinators OR manually through a form handed out by one of the house
coordinators.
4) If you're acting inside the house please read our

Guide to Scaring the Yell
out of People at
Terror in the Dark
"
for an added advantage when it comes
time to act!
Once you have completed and turned in all of the above, you can start!
